We process all orders within 24-48hrs after payment.
Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
It usually takes 3-4 business days for your item to arrive. If you don't receive your item after 2 weeks, please send us a message via email@example.com.
A download link will be provided to you. Download link will be valid for 7 days. Basic understanding of download and unzip files is required.
Make sure to check your spam folder if you cannot find the download link in your inbox.

For RUSH service, please contact us in advance before purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Additional costs might be applied.
Due to the nature of the products we offer, there are no returns.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping addresses.
For any returns due to incorrect address during checkout, a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the payment if the item is returned in its original sealed condition. If the item is lost due to incorrect address, no refund will be provided.
